Shipping

Queen For Dinner works on a drop-shipment style business model. We keep no inventory of products at QFD, so each vendor is responsible for shipping items directly to the customer.

Shipping regulations will vary slightly for each vendor. Each vendor's estimated shipping time will be noted in the product description prior to sale. Most items ship immediately, unless noted as made-to-order or pre-order in the product description.

We only sell small-business, handmade items - none of that mass-produced, factory-made stuff - so your patience and feedback is greatly appreciated and, in return, we'll be sure to provide you with only the coolest, highest-quality stuff out there.

Returns

Returns are accepted on most items within 10 days of delivery. Products that do not allow returns will be noted in the product description. In the case of a return, please fill out the return form below and you will be contacted with a return address. Your return form must be submitted within 10 days of delivery, and your return package must be postmarked within 7 days of submitting your return form.

  • Returns are not accepted for some made-to-order items. This will be noted in the product description prior to sale.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
  • For hygienic reasons, hair accessories, hats, opened make-up, earrings, or ear cuffs cannot be returned.
  • Returns will be processed and refunded to original payment method. A $5.99 handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges on international orders.
  • Customer is responsible for packing and shipping item(s) so that the item(s) arrive at the return center in the condition that the customer received the item(s). Products damaged by customer or as a result of improper return packing may not be refunded.
  • Original invoice must be included with the return in order to receive a refund.
